In August 2025, Realty ONE Group Focus marked its 4th year in operation. Not a small feat when many businesses fail within the first 3 years. Not only did this woman lead brokerage “not fail” but it has been adapting to the ever shifting current of the real estate market and was able to expand.

In November, Realty ONE Group Focus Philadelphia, under the leadership of Anthony Lee, is celebrating its 2nd year in operation! We are also celebrating the first Feliz Cumpleanos for Realty ONE Group Focus Northeast Philadelphia, led by Alexis Matos and Pedro Quinones who officially opened their office doors last year!

All three offices are minority lead and excellence driven. Please join us in upcoming events both live and virtual.

On November 1st the Southampton office kicks off its second annual sock drive! You can drop off new socks which will be donated to various organizations in the area that work with the homeless population and foster care programs. Stay tuned for more details on how you can donate monetarily if that’s more your thing.

On November 11th the Southampton office is hosting a business planning session in person only from 12-3pm. Registration is required for this event so please do so early as space is limited. This event is open to agents who are not currently ROG Focus agents. All are welcome! But again registration is required.

At 7pm on November 11, our very own Lexi Matos will launch her new podcast “Unscripted” Tune in to hear her honest take on real estate, from repping buyers, sellers and the nature of business networking and growth.

On November 20th, join us in celebrating the ROG Focus Philly office as they do it big for their second anniversary. What can we say, Anthony loves celebrating his agents and throws fabulous big parties! As always registration is required for catering purposes and a toys for tots gift donations will be collected at the event so plan accordingly.
