Nicholle joined our team with over 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience in various healthcare settings. She began her Talent Acquisition career at The Synergy Organization as a Senior Search Consultant. After 8 years, she transitioned into Corporate Recruitment and joined the TA team at Bancroft.

Eager to do more, she transitioned into a role with Pinnacle Treatment Centers as Senior Regional Recruiter, where she established the recruitment processes and internship programs, while being the sole TA provider for 3 states and the corporate office.

Nicholle joined SERV Behavioral Health in 2020, where she helped to improve current recruitment processes and also helped to implement their ATS, JazzHR. She transitioned to CFG Health Network in 2022, initially hiring nurses to work within correctional facilities and quickly moved into a Senior Physician Recruiter position, hiring providers for all 25 facilities, as well as leadership and various support positions.

She has spent the majority of her career working with organizations that provide services to underserved populations and loves focusing on innovative strategies. She is proud of cultivating a reputation as a trusted advisor through collaboration and creativity. While bringing a world-class personal touch to the table, she is also fluent in various recruitment programs such as iCIMS, Jobvite, and JazzHR.
